Tube Cracked at Base and did not light heater filament.
Seemed packed ok with makes it worse in my opinion because tube had to be packed cracked.
Doubtful it was an oversite as seller was rather toolish about the incident.
I asked for a half refund because the seller has a decent rating and people can make mistakes, but alas the toolish behavior remained and no refund was offered.
Not a good seller.

I am very sorry for your experience, but as I shared this is not accurate. The item was in perfect working condition when sent and you stated it was packed well. I was provided not pictures of confirm. All you wanted was me to send you money. It was clearly damaged in shipment, and you could even claim with usps as it was insured. Your name calling is not welcome, either. I sell tons of tubes on ebay each week. Never once had this experience.
