    Love the Fruit Flavor, I don't crave any cigarettes while I'm enjoying this gum. 4mg is probably for heavy smokers. 2mg gum is better choice for most first timers. This is made to cheek it, if you chew it to quickly it will release a lot of nicotine.

    Love this product
