Customer service was 11 out of 10!! The item that I purchased was listed as "New", but upon opening the box it was extremely obvious that the item was quite heavily used and dirty. I started a return and uploaded photos of the item, and literally less than 4 hours later before I had even had a chance to get to the post office, the seller had already issued the refund, and reached out with an apology.
