I expected this little radio to be a good radio since it was a Magnavox. The radio has a internal antenna and this radio only picks up 1 station where I'm at. I have another older radio in my shop and it picks up at least 30 stations. I would not buy this product again.

It's very small print on station #s & controls not easily marked and/or seen. Can't tell if it's on AM or FM, everything is all in black on black. A lot of static which may not be the boombox's fault, but thought I'd be getting quality entertaining....but I thought wrongly. I should have gone to a local store & looked the unit over before just blindly buying it online.

This a very nice compact easy to use CD and AM/FM radio, also has easy access to all of the controls and has very good sound.

Has an internal antenna with no way of making it external, so reception is bad. Selection switch is hidden and not easy to select the choices. The CD skips easily, so don't be bumping the surface near by! I did not realize when I purchased it that Magnavox was owned by Craig, whom I've had bad experiences before. Manual is pretty useless. You buy cheap, sometimes you get cheap. SK

It's smaller than similar 90s-2000s models. you get smaller so so speakers, the tuner is fickle, having to adjust he tuning dial too much to keep a station. I guess the antenna is built into the body or handle there's no telescoping antenna. 4 position off -cd -fm-am switch and a volume dial. Haven't tried CD player. I'm ready to buy an older one with digital tuner and leave this one in the shop to be dusty and beat up. Yes it makes sound, but for a few dollars more.......
