The old way is the best way. With the new system you only change half the oil in your mower engine. With the conversion you can change all of the oil which is the proper way to do it.

Happy to be gone with the 30 second oil change! What a crock that is! After I converted it over and was actually able to drain all the oil from the engine, I found out how bad the oil really was. I recommend that anyone that has the easy oil change system use this conversion kit as soon as possible. Thank You for selling this kit! It will be a lot better for my engine! Thank you!     John Deere easy change conversion kit

    Now I can get all the old oil out of my engine when doing an oil change instead of half of it with the easy change system. It also costs a lot less to do the oil change now.

    Easy to install

    Conversion kit ok, would rather of had a treaded cap on the oil drain pipe. Long term the locking mechanism could be problematic.
