Better than most phones in texting capabilities and compact size. The Blackberry Classic Q20 is a 4G phone, exceedingly rare in the Blackberry lineup. It's built like a Sherman tank but not nearly the strongest signal reception phone in fringe areas and hilly terrain. I really like the phone and I was delighted by how "nearly new" the one that I bought was when it arrived. Took AT&T several days to get my number ported over to them and to get me activated but now working.

I bought this phone because it was the only brand offering both 4G and a keyboard. There were dozens of lovely 3G phones with keyboards... AT&T is forcing me to 4G, and does not offer ANY phone models that are not 5G smartphones except for one flip phone with no keyboard. I have vision problems and long fingernails and virtual keyboards on a screen drive me to distraction! This Blackberry is doing ok so far, as long as I only call and text, but it keeps insisting I set up other functions I never wanted and won't use. The user manual is over 300 pages only on line, so is not helpful at all. There are thousands of us who don't want all of those bells and whistles, only Jitterbug makes a simple phone, and Jitterbug won't work on AT&T!

As a loyal BB user since the very first model, I have very mixed feelings. The Classic is by far the best device since the Bold. I like the device itself very much. It's leagues better than the Z/Q10 (I haven't used the Passport or Priv). The problem is the new desktop software, BB Link. It's absolutely horrible. I rely on Microsoft Outlook for my contacts and calendar. Unlike the BlackBerry Desktop Software, which was fast and seamless when syncing with Outlook, BB Link can literally take an hour or more to sync the contacts. Also, the file sharing features of Link are infuriatingly limited and rigid. It's simply unacceptable for a businessperson to have such a plodding, inferior interface with his/her PC. The Apple and Andriod interfaces are worlds ahead. Indeed, I'm considering giving up the BlackBerry for good as a result of this problem.Read full review

Very happy with it. Perfect condition. Looks new. Great size for me. Gets the job done. The battery lasts the day but needs to be charged every night.

I personally love the phone. The battery lasts for a good while. ive never had it die on me. it works well with my alpine bluetooth radio on voice calls (same for my old bold 9930). unlike my old samsung s7. It auto plays random or what ever I'm listening to recently. really well made and texting is wonderful. Only drawback would be the web browser is basically useless, wish it had opera mini like the bold 9930. oh well. would buy again or buy the keyone when the price drops to around a hundred.
