Packing was VERY POOR, protective cap on tank was not secure properly, resin spilled all inside the cardboard shipping container. Because of the lack of protective packaging we had to dump the rest of the resin out of the tank, replace the Distributor Basket, reset the Distributor Tube then replace the resin. What should have been a 1 hour job turn into a 5 hour job. On the PLUS side dhillonnoni did supply all replacement parts and resin with no problem.
