All in all this DVD is great and I would recommend it to others.
I purchased this DVD for a method of relaxation while using my Laptop computer or while my wife is reading one of her books. This DVD also has a great visual aid with the faux fireplace and it's realistic sounds of crackling and it's glowing embers, it's almost like having a real fireplace. The only thing missing is the warmth of a real fireplace. This DVD does just what I hoped for,and I would recommend this product to anyone who enjoys the sounds and visual effects of a fireplace without the hassle of having to clean it later. The music that accompanies the visual of the fire is very relaxing.I purchased this DVD for a method of relaxation while using my Laptop computer or while my wife is reading one of her books. Lesson - Never judge a DVD by its package. I was in need of a full fireplace image as pictured on the package. This DVD featured - Many different burning logs and fireplace images all rather close-up. Image shown on the package was not to be found. Both music tracks are fine and relaxing. If you are looking for a fireplace image as shown on it's package, this DVD is NOT for you. It was a very strange experience but ok.
Apon recieving my DVD a strange thing happen, instead of getting the DVD I ordered I got a totally different movie somehow . How this happen I do not have a clue. And the DVD had nothing to do with fire places believe me. And it was especially strange since the person i was giving it to was my son and his wife for christmas. I guess they thought i was plying a joke on the , which may have been a good one, but i cannot take credit for it. But the company sent the right one to me after contacting them. How nice!!
Love having this faux fire in my bedroom and listening to Christmas music. You can even hear a little crackle sound while the music is playing. Love it.
