Everything was as described and as shown in pictures. Shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. Shipping was expensive but I provided 5 stars based on it being clearly shown in listing and cost realistic for such a large item. Also provided 5 stars for item condition but guitar unfortunately does not work properly when moving strum bar down (up movement works). Opened it up and it appears to be a manufacturing issue. Guitar and all items were new and sealed in plastic/bubble wrap.
