    purchase carefully

    This is not the full version like the one pictured. This has a different cover and length. Appears to have most of the information but more compact. If you rely on page numbers and such from your teacher do get this.

    Be Careful!

    Despite the picture, This is NOT A CENGAGE ADVANTAGE BOOK!!! It is the international version WITHOUT THE INTEGRATED WORKBOOK PAGES. Great book to buy if you Don't need the workbook pages. Cengage makes several different versions of this book!This book is the base model for the Looking out/Looking in series. If you need the integrated workbook pages, you are looking for a CENGAGE ADVANTAGE book which is about twice as thick as the base model. Make sure you're getting the one your teacher wants. :)

    Awesome book

    Purchased the book for upper level class in the criminal justice field. I like that this book has a review at the end of each chapter and that helped me recall the chapter's information. Additionally, the review provides the answers and you can see how you did. This book is very informative and I learned a great deal from it.

    good for today's world in today's competitive and demanding market it certainly helps an individual to go beyond their traditional concept of communication.
