Great packaging in small padded shipping envelope. There was a 6 day delay in shipping the necklace + the time it took for the necklace to arrive (13 days in total). Seller was very responsive & replied that the mail had not been picked up from mailbox. Other than that, a very pleasant transaction. Thank you.
