Good regulator kit for the mechanically inclined diy’er. I think the picture is not the correct items but I did receive the correct parts for my 2016 Model S. Kit only comes with the motor pulley and two cables that attach to the regulator motor. You’ll need to reuse the 3rd cable. No instructions so do your research.

This is the second order for the same part. First one that came had wrong handed spool. Contacted the seller couple of times, they didn´t understand the problem. Ordered a second one, which came out fine. Tried to contact the seller about the first one. No response. So far this hazzle has cost me about 700,- ( two times the part and mechanics bill).
In the photos you can see the problem with spools threads.
Buying from this seller seems to be a gamble, you may or may not get what you ordered.
