This is my second replacement hood on my second John Deere 345. What is it about these hoods that they always crack in the same place? Anyway, my first 1995 JD is doing quite well with its new hood and I expect my 2006 JD to do just as well with its new hood. The packaging was all John Deere and survived the shipping nicely. Since I had experience replacing this type hood, had it installed in less than an hour and the decals in place.This is my second replacement hood on my second John Deere 345. John Deere lawnmower hood.
Excellent replacement for my 1999 JD GT225 garden tractor/ lawnmower. It took about 20 minutes to replace the old broken hood. This did not come with the decals so I took a heat gun to the old one to remove from broken hood and placed them on new hood. Worked great.
