I ordered these earrings as a Christmas present for my daughter. They were advertised as new, with the original tags and box. They came with neither. When I complained, they told me they did not have the tags. However, they did have the original box. When I requested that, they did not respond and now my daughter says they have turned her ears green. I would NEVER buy from this seller again. Hi Margaret,
Thank you for your feedback. I wear these earrings daily without any discoloration. Avoid showering with them, as Google says green ears can result from a copper and salt mixture, and Copper is in Pandora Rose Jewelry. Rinse them with a fine jewelry kit and ensure you always clean your ears thoroughly.
The item came in a black velvet luxury box, as stated. I shipped a Pandora box separately from my collection after your message. If not received, I will refund $2 (cost of box).
