The seller clearly stated that "Returns not accepted". When I received the item unfortunately, it was not compatible with my existing Sonos system. I contacted the seller and he generously agreed to accept the return, refunded the purchase amount and shipping. Customer service over and beyond. The item its self was in excellent condition. Packaging was excellent, item was well protected.

Tried to contact this seller. No response. Order 5 coffee cups by Noritake. They arrived in a paste board box, three of the five wrapped in newspaper. Three were smashed to bits . . . the box? A total and complete joke for shipping. Tried to contact the seller and ebay. So I am basically out of luck with smashed coffee cups. Guess I can list them as smashed to bits coffee cups, right? Have never seen anything like this . . ever. Goodwill does a better job of wrapping. Buyer beware.

My status was set to away when you emailed. Apologies for the broken cups, mistakes do happen. I refunded you in full and let you keep the cups that were not broken.
