The item shipped faster than estimated, arrived securely, and looks fantastic. The IPS screen is incredible, and was expertly installed. There was some negligible wear around the edges of the handheld, but that's completely expected from a used system of this age. My one concern is that (as others have said) it arrived in a bubble mailer instead of a proper box, but the handheld (and surprisingly, its charger) was wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap. Communication was great as well.

Overall amazing, few extra "paint chips" on the battery door that were not included in the pictures, right at the edge where the most wear and tear would naturally happen when removing the door. Not a big deal by any means, as the system itself works very well, charges perfectly fine, plays games normally and as described (Japanese model) X and O are flipped in the outside menu's. But games default to English controls. IPS Display is nice and bright. Highly recommended!!

My issue was with USPS. They lost my package at the sorting facility and posted tracking as if it was on its way still. Upon arrival, could see very large tire tracks across package.
My only suggestion - these are very small. Maybe ship them in an envelope as a letter instead of as a package. It might fair better.
