More-dreamgifts is the worst seller and worst experience I had so far on eBay. I bought a new drone from them or so they claimed. when I got the item it was used in really bad condition. The propellers was broken. It says it’s 8k and it’s 4k. I paid extra for 3 batteries and only got 2. I asked to exchange it for a new one they flat out said no and they offered $6 refund. I could have gotten a used one in better condition for $130 on eBay instead of paying these guys $320. Do not buy from them.

Old laptop PC cooling fan has become louder and the mic is poorly placed. A friend suggested I acquire a mic-headset to avoid this problem during online Skype live-chat communications. The pandemic has made conversation such a valuable part of life. This headset does the job and is comfortable for lengthy visits. So happy with this product.

Performs in the call center
Great headset for the price. Good sound quality. I like the hybrid USB/audio jack capability. I work in a call center, so a key concern for me is comfort for long periods. On that measure, the headset is decent. It could be better, but with a break between calls every couple of hours, I don't mind it.
