I ordered a rechargeable blood pressure cuff in the color purple, the seller ran out of that item and sent me a black and gray cuff that requires batteries. After sending a message to him, wondering what had happened and after finding out that he no longer had that in inventory he offered to either have me ship it back for a full refund or keep it for a partial refund. Although I was disappointed, I consider this compromise an honest effort. I find that I would recommend the seller.
