Pulled sale after poor communication over combining shipping of two shirts and I had purchased four shirts the week before.

This buyer knew them and paid the shipping rates - including deductions for mulitple purchases the week before.
Then, when it was time to pay for his two items, he began to haggle over shipping, including becoming rude in his messages.
So yes, if you pay a shipping fee the week before, see the shipping policy clearly stated, then try to haggle after the auction is over and then insult me, i will cancel your sale.
