The carrying handle is broken, but the crock is great. It has the detachable cord and the little pin that stops the bowl from spinning which is a huge upgrade for me. The broken handle is a bummer but isn't a deal breaker for me because I can still carry in my lunch tote.

I ordered a 209 piece GearWrench impact socket set. It arrived on my doorstep in perfect condition. When I opened the box I noticed that a lot of the contents were missing from the factory sealed box. I contacted the seller and waited for a response.
