This is a great reformer at a great price! When we received it, the box was damaged and had obviously been out in the rain at some point. one end had shrink wrap covering a hole in the box . Luckily, the reformer was not at all damaged but as we set it up, we realized that the foot bar was missing. We contacted the seller, and Anna was wonderful! She apologized for the mishap and quickly sent us the missing foot bar. Wonderful customer service and we're really happy to have chosen this seller

I’ve tried relentlessly to get in touch with these folk to no avail. As the box was left in the rain by delivery, I have no idea what condition the equipment is in. Therefore I asked eBay to step in and reach out to the seller. eBay has yet to contact to lmk when this item should be picked up.
