Lens was supposed to have two extra items, but only came with one. Communicated with seller, who arranged for extra item, but it took three weeks. Seller states US Warehouse, but both packages came directly from China. Also when I ordered the lens, seller would not ship to a PO Box, but when both the lens and the extra item was shipped it was shipped by the USPO, which does deliver to PO Boxes.
