I got this used for my young nephew so he can take his own pictures and make videos. His favorite color is blue, and he LOVES that his camera is that color. It is simple to use for him, and the adults can help him take photos and videos off the xD card as needed once he fills it up. The camera honestly does so much more than he will need to do right now, but he will be able to use it long-term if he likes. Very nice, and an excellent deal It isn't a super fast processing speed, so dim light or fast-moving things aren't going to be brilliant, and the one major drawback for me is the lack of a physical viewfinder, but it is a great simple camera to use for kids or traveling - fits easily in a pocket, etc.I got this used for my young nephew so he can take his own pictures and make videos. Nice underwater camera for a reasonable price.
I bought this camera actually for my daughter who was taking a trip to Puerto Rico. I did take it with me on a diving trip to Grand Cayman to try it out before giving it to her. I took it several times on shallow dives of 40ft or less. The camera worked great and the pictures good for a point and shoot. I also took several underwater movies which looked very good too. The controls were easy to use even under water. The only negative I have about the camera is no view finder. Sometimes on a very sunny day you could not see what you were taking pictures of on the display screen. The fact that this camera will perform at the stated 33ft underwater is what sets this above other cameras similar to this. Best Underwater Camera Money can Buy
Most Durable of the Olympus Stylus SW Cameras (Similar to 720SW & 725SW). All metal construction. It Has features that no other Olympus camera has. Great quality of picture. And easy to use. No need for a manual, everything is self explanatory.

Now that I've been given a second chance, I swear I won't loose this one!
I took one of these on my job in Antarctica and over the course of five months, never had a failure greater than forgetting to fully charge the battery. I had a 2 gig flash card which I cleared before each trip and could usually fill it back up on each outing with movies and pictures before the battery ran out. The movie quality left something to be desired for long distance (500' or more) but it was still impressive. Macro pictures were great and I got many good close-up mineral specimen photos in situ. And yes, I took pictures of penguins and seals above, in and underwater. I forgot the camera in Honolulu on my return flight, and no one wanted to turn it in to lost and found. Awesome camera for the price I paid.
I have owned the same model camera for several years and it was coming time to replace my beat up one, I could not pass on buying this one for $50 I had bought the 6020 model and returned it because it was made of plastic. This camera is made of steel and has withstood mountain trips, hunting snowboarding and surfing. I considered upgrading to newer versions just to find out that most of the new features that they have are not something I really use and I was not about to drop an extra $200 so I stuck with the same model I have used.
