For a lottery miner, this device is probably as good as you will get. The price is high for the low hash rate, but, of course, one should consider the electricity consumption, which, for this device, is astonishingly low. For people who are unfamiliar with Bitcoin mining, this is a good introductory device, though people should be aware that you will get better return on investment from more powerful machines. That, of course, requires more technical skill.
