Tuner made it in one piece and quickly, even! I was taken aback a bit when I saw on the package what the actual shipping costs were (about $32) when I was charged $75, but hey, my bad for not confirming with the USPS what charges would be on a package this size. I did get the tuner for a great price, quickly and in one piece so there's that. It was listed as not working but I popped a new 9v batter in it and it worked from the get go. Seller is a great communicator

Packing materials and traveling to ship a box are never considered into shipping costs. It was sold at a low price and also ebay commission fees..Sellers may as well give items away ,dress up in a red suit, drive a sleigh thru snow , grow a long beard and climb down chimneys instead of sell online.
