My experience with this seller was excellent. Shipping was fast but the Sony WF-1000XM5 was defective. The right side's battery drained at a 10% faster than the left. Plus they didn't sound as good as my WF-1000XM4. I guess it's a lottery pick with refurbished items. Seller refunded me very quickly. Awesome Seller!

Shipping took longer than expected, label was printed for two business days before handing to USPS. No response from seller. Given that they offer free returns and eBay offers buyer protection, I’d recommend this seller to anyone who isn’t in a rush to get their item(s) and will not need to contact the seller.

I had an excellent buying experience! The shipping was fast — My package arrived in 2-3 days. The boxing was well-padded and everything was individually wrapped. Also, although it was listed as "Open Box" my wheel & pedals were brand new! (The plastic was still covering the Logitech Logo) This also is the cheapest price you'll find on the market.
