Terribly disappointed in this transaction. Item was quickly shipped and shipped at a good price. However, the unit was severely under packaged, minimal bubble wrap with some cardboard wrapped around the keyboard, and thrown into a plastic shipping bag. Item arrived not working, back popped off, and with some obvious liquid damage. I attempted to address issues and seller did not really address issues. Seller stopped communicating.
