Very nice refurbished laptop, still debating on keeping it as I felt if it didn't have touchscreen it was fine, but I do really want another one with it. Unfortunately I could only find a 17 inch screen HP and it was a tad bit more expensive. Either way it looks brand new.

Seller was responsive and very helpful, laptop came in air bubble casing, (The big long tube ones that were a inch think all around), in a MSI box+charger, which came in a bigger box with paper padding, laptop itself was very clean save for a small barely noticeable dent. Ordered on Tuesday, came in Saturday. 2 year free warranty is great plus. Would recommend.
