the light fixtures were described as open box. there are very light scratches on the inside that no ONE will ever see once they are installed. therefor, I am very satisfied and impressed with the condition. they are pretty much brand new and still wrapped in plastic. so with the actual product , i am very pleased. the seller , however, is not bery transparent and does not respond to any messages and takes almost a week before shipping. work on communication, and this would be a five star seller

Awful awful awful. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. Immediately asked to cancel order when I realized box was damaged. Seller never responded after MULTIPLE messages. They finally shipped a week later...only for it to arrive missing half the stuff that it was pictured to include! I am beyond mad as now all the good deals to purchase are no longer available. Horrible seller!!!!!
