Got the wrong screws. Only got 1 flat head, the rest were round. As a result the battery had a really tight fit, not going to work and ended up scratching it underneath. The screws were also too long when putting the battery mount and slider together. Now I need to buy some flat head screws, had some spare round heads that were shorter. Also no instructions included. Battery powers on ebike fine. Overall disappointed I have to wait a bit before test riding with the rear rack mount.

This was a listed price or best offer. After accepting the sellers counter offer it took the seller 3 days to ship the item but the seller shipped the item to someone else. Although the seller refunded my purchase price they kept the shipping details visible to me. They tried to say the item was out of stock but the listing is still active. In my opinion the seller was not happy with the offer they gave me, found another buyer and tried to convince me the item was out of stock
