I shipped the item back and when the seller received the item back I contacted them about refund, I received sarcastic answer. There is no professionalism whatsoever. No customer service. I purchased the item in beginning of the month, with all the hassle, I wasted my time, soon it will be a month I still haven’t received my refund. Scam! Beware!
