Seller is great Case itself doesn't work perfectly. It needs to be plugged in to charge the ear buds. But this is due to how Bose designed these earbuds (they seemed to be tied to the case in which they were sold to some extent) and is likely the best that can be done if you're not looking to replace the earbuds entirely.
