For Those With a FAB Sense of Humor
Since I have had this LP (and now CD) since I was a kid, I cannot help but rate this CD as a gem! The LP/CD opens (in part) with, "Sing it out boys! This is gonna be great!" and is a fine intro to the comedic side of Beatle-mania. Here are the original Chipmunks along with a good ensemble of studio musicians. The end result makes a good compilation of early Beatles songs. This classic CD belongs on the same shelf as Todd Rundrgen's Utopia CD, "Deface the Music", Phil Keaggy's CD, "Sunday's Child" and either official CD by The Rutles. This is so cute if you want to go down memory lane with Alvin, Simon , Theodore and Dave Seville! So fun to listen too and great for kids as well as adults! You ebevn get the classic arguments between Dave and Alvin on some songs! HILARIOUS! I decided to buy it so that my grandkids can hear some classic CHIPMUNK music without the recent 'rap'that's been added to their new style! I highly recommend if you're a CHIPMUNK fan!This is so cute if you want to go down memory lane with Alvin, Simon , Theodore and Dave Seville! I really enjoy this cd because it has so many hit songs
IF you are a beatle fan, you will enjoy this cd.I enjoy one song after another,non-stop.I heard some Alvin and the Chipmunks cd, to me personally by far,this cd I enjoy the most.Why? Because who ever put this album together,put really good though in to it.BY putting a classic band,it turn out to be a classic.They should sing Micheal Jackson classic hits.I am shore it would sell alot of cd.I strongly suggest that.The song are I WANT TO HOLD YOU HAND, CAN'T BUY ME LOVE, LOVE ME DO, DO YOU WANT TO KNOW A SECRET,SHE LOVES YOU,I SAW HER STANDING THERE, A HARD DAY'S NIGHTS,FROM ME TO YOU,ALL MY LOVING P.S.
