Great hepa filtration.
So far the germguardian wifi/Bluetooth filtration system has been great. Only had for a full day and the air just smells clean. One of the things I like is it tells you your air quality. Germguard says filters can last up to 6 months and the filters are about $30. If that's correct should cost $60 a year in filters which is awesome. It has an app that works as the remote and it's seems to be built well it is nice to have a remote I won't loose for once. So I gave this item 5 stars cause so far has performed well if anything changes I will update the review. More than I thought I wanted.
I bought this unit because of the automatic fan setting. This model actually has an air particle sensor on it and when it senses dust it will turn the fan speed up to compensate and then back down when the air is clean again. I tested this by shaking a blanket in the room and it detected that dust went into the air and the unit fan speed increased and showed a higher ppm measurement. It is silent on fan speed 1&2, Sounds like a normal air filter at level 3, and very noisy at level 5. The shape is perfect for hiding it in a room. The only downside is the Wifi setup is on the difficult side. I was a computer tech and found the wifi setup to be somewhat tedious.I bought this unit because of the automatic fan setting. Great purifier wifi app for alexa needs improved.
Great purifier definitly recomended. The only thing that needs improved on is being able to control it through Amazon's Alexa without having to go into their app. Other than that, great purifier. I own 2 of them.
