This filter works great, brand new, they just wrap the box in clear plastic and put your address on it. But it was all protected with Styrofoam inside, so no damage. For once I didn't wake up sneezing and eyes burning, it cleans the air. Replacement filters are around $25 though every 1000 hours. I realize I do need a filter though.
