Worth what you pay
This is similar to the cycle vision kit. This is much cheaper and worked well. Some minor adjusting and ingenuity required. It deletes the passenger stock pegs, but you can easily put on something aftermarket. The bags are a cheaper plastic, but again well worth it for the cost. The coating on the metal is thin, i would clear coat it before install to make it last so it does not chip off. I installed on a 09 sportster 1200 xl custom. I would recomend preparing to get your own nuts and bolts, these are cheaper and it did not have everything i needed. Overall a good value for what it is. Good Mechanical Knowledge Required
Love having the Hard Saddle Bags on my Sportster. However if you are not VERY mechanically inclined do not purchase. It took us several trips to the Hardware store to get the correct Bolts and Nuts to install this product. It does Not come with any instructions. I love the look and the quality is good for the money you spend. This is not a Harley-Davidson product but an after market item. So you are getting what you paid for. I do plan on getting them painted over the winter to match my bike. Over-all I would order this product again if the need ever arose.Love having the Hard Saddle Bags on my Sportster.
