So, the seller is listed in NY. Tracking started in IL. Tracking never kept up, but I received it anyway from Amazon! So I went on amazon, and sure enough, this sells for 12.99 where I was charged 28.88 before tax! So it appears this was a dropped shipping sale! I am not happy about that! It just seems crooked to me that someone sells you something on Ebay they don't have, orders it from amazon, has it shipped to you and they don't have to do anything but pocket the money!? How is that allowed?
