I Have Two Of These And I Don't Use Them.
This is a well made device. It's unfortunate the software is so poor. This device can be summarized in one word. Unreliable. The windows mobile operating system is indescribably bad. Hell, the OS can't even maintain timekeeping accurately without the GPS support. The Magellan application running on top of the underlying OS is badly integrated and seems to the operator as several different programs which lose track of each other forcing frequent system resets. Installing maps is an ordeal more like torture than anything. The people designing the software and the people supporting the maps don't even seem to be part of the same company, much less actually talking to each other. It is no wonder this device is dead and gone. If you must have a GPS in your hand, buy an older model cell phone ... This is a well made device. It's unfortunate the software is so poor. Woud not reccomend this device
First it came with no instructions so I had to go on line in order to find a user manuel. I still hasd trouble navigating my way around so I took it to someone who is an exoert with GPS units and he had issues. Out in the open area it would slowly find satelites but woud lose them as soon as he entered dense woods.For finding geocaches, this unity does not live up to my expectations.

This product came with batteries. When the batteries died I replaced and found one of the connectors was broken and had obviously been repaired but did not work. I am very disappointed with this product
