    So far it meets my expectations.

    I have only had this for a few hours so my review may change depending on continual performce. I bought this because I am directionally challenged. So far it has been great. It is very easy to use and operate. You can control nearly everything by voice command. The "voice" is very clear and gives plenty of time before you need to make a turn. I purposely made a wrong turn to see how fast it would recalculate my position and it was seconds. I love all the features. It comes in handy to know where a hospital or an ATM is. The only con I could list is this unit did not come with a transfer cable. I should have read it a little better but do have one on order now.

    They delivered exactly what they advertised

    I wanted to replace my previous TomTom 2345 which was broken when a store replaced the battery. They sent me an exact replacement minus one thing. They don't sell the lifetime maps I had. They sent the unit with no cables. If you buy one of these units please be advised they don't send cables, mounting or lifetime maps. If you don't have the rest don't send for one.

    Used not new and maps no good tom tom couldnt activate said it was used

    Selling these as new and they are not, I bought one and could,nt activate the maps contacted tom tom the maps were activated in june 2013 the lady from tom tom said the maps had already been activated so bassicly it was worthless unless you want to pay 80.00 for new maps
