Well .. the description of open box means it's never been used. This one is used and you can see coffee stains / marks on it. The cover is also missing. So I think the seller knew that in the first place. So why sell it? I think seller assumes, it doesn't matter or thinks that maybe no one will complain. That's the reason why buyers go to AMAZON because of sellers like this. Returning it is a waste of my time. Good luck selling your other items.. I'm out!
