Great seller. Responded quickly to questions about the item. Very well packed. When I received the item the outside of the box was beaten up and had tears like it wasn’t handled properly but because of the way this was packaged the only thing that happened was some leaves were on the bottom of the box. But the plant, pot, and most of the leaves were still un molested. Great little tree and a week later new leaves are already coming in.

My bonsai tree is beautiful. I contacted the seller to make sure he took extra care in packaging my tree, he added a zip tie to hold it to the box and taped it down. Tape came loose and zip tie is the only thing that held it down. I glad he did this it kept the tree from being destroyed in shipping. Only one broken branch. I would purchase from this seller again.

Fabulous tree. Great packaging and overnight delivery. Should have an option to switch shipping to something cheaper. I did not need the tree to be sent overnight. Only real negative is the soil is poor and will need to be changed. Overall a great experience.
