I have been a blue parrot disciple and defender for many many years. I dropped my 250xt+ and broke the earpiece after several years of flawless use. I bought a new one at pilot and it was total trash. Tons of background noise and I couldn't hear anything. I took it back and ponyed up for the 350. I didn't really care for the mic boom being inside the headset now as it catches on my hat, but small price. I suddenly went from being the loudest clearest guy on the line to being so faint if there were 3 or more people on the line almost nobody could hear me. I fought through it but it started making that weird "you walked too far from your phone rubber band" noise while I was sitting 6 inches from my phone. I called support but because I don't have my receipt they considered it out of warranty ... I have been a blue parrot disciple and defender for many many years. I actually don't mind listening to music through this one. It can give you a bit of chapped ear if you are on a really long call, but that's not a horrible deal. Battery life is fantastic, sound quality is amazing, connects right away. Add to the all this it's cheaper than a parrot 250xt+ and it's really hard to complain about it. I make a double run from Fort Worth to Columbia SC, and I don't charge it all week. I just turn it off when I'm in the bunk. Works great, I have and will continue to recommend it to my friends.

Nice piece.....if it would continue to work
I would have said it was a good product if the mic hadn't quit working yesterday. It hasn't even been near a truck yet since I've been off. I'm wondering if that isn't why it was refurbished since it looked brand new. I've had complaints people not being able to hear me very well but yesterday it simply didn't work at all as far as the mic was concerned.

These headsets are amazing...I drive a semi, and, although trucks have gotten quieter over the years, it is still sometimes hard to hear even in my new truck, bumps and highway noise still can make it difficult for me to hear. Everyone hears me well, I just can't hear them all the time, especially people who speak softly or use headsets themselves and don't have the mic up to their mouth. With the Blue Tiger Elite, I can hear SO much better versus the Jawbone II headset I had been using for the past 5 or 6 years. Not only does the Blue Tiger eliminate much of the background so as to not transmit it to whomever I am talking to like my Jawbone did, it has GREAT sound quality in my ear making it very comfortable to ... I am so glad I went top-of-the-line and got this headset. It is well worth the money spent. You only get on set of ears, and, if you have to crank the volume and shove the piece in your ear, you are probably doing long-term damage to your hearing. Invest in your ears, get the Blue Tiger Elite headset, you will not regret spending the money.

Best headset ever!
I've tried numerous Bluetooth devices and this one by far out performs all of them! The battery life is exceptional and is also very comfortable for all day use. I'm a trucker and I can walk the length of my 52 ft semi and not loose connection with my phone. I can go days without recharging this headset and the sound quality is amazing...highly recommended.
