The router worked after install
My colt palm router was only used once since purchasing several years ago and recently I tried using it and the motor ran intermittently. I found one of the carbon brushes was cracked and not installed correctly. Had to buy the set, replaced the cracked brush with one of the new and it now works again. Can’t confirm durability because only use and time is required so only 4 stars.
