Item was a display or demo item sold as brand new in box, it was not. Received item and it was missing the eyecup covers and not wrapped in new sealed plastic. Instead of the seller handling this I had to order them myself. Seller wanted me to turn in the receipt for reimbursement. Still they should handle this since it was sold as a brand new item unopened! It should have been listed as new other or open box. I get it was a newer item and not a return but missing items is unacceptable.

This is a NEW item , it was a display NEVER USED . Yes, it was our mistake per the listing , we are willingly to make this right and have messaged the buyer multiple times . This does not deserve a negative.
