Water damaged cards. Kept getting 5 to 7 of the same exact card. Very picked over. Half the cards stuck together and ripped apart. Avid collector. Maybe two hits, but poor condition.

Had some shipping issues, this guy did a fantastic job of not only shipping a whole new order, but also stayed professional even when I was being difficult. 3 different orders in 1, packed well with foam.
