Really good and responsive to my question and also the tent came several days early, and I appreciated the hand written note in the package as well as the fact the seller did put both my purchases in the same box even though I bought them a day apart. Also the product itself is good, I set up the tent and the footprint does indeed fit it, and the tent is very easy to assemble. It also seems to keep in warmth well when the rain cover is on.
