I had purchased 2 140W macbook charging bricks with the Magsafe 3 cables. I received them and the bricks seem solid, no complaints there; however, they came with USB-C to C cables instead of the Magsafe 3 I ordered. Upon reaching out to fix the issue, I was met with 1-message-a-week responses, and when they tried to remedy it, they sent me the exact same thing. After iterating the cord I needed, they said I would have to "return the item and order the correct one". A for effort but I gave up
