I am cautious of any seller with 0 feedback. Since this company was local, I arranged to meet with them and tour the warehouse. They are the real deal. I purchased a high-end copier and the transaction went very smoothly. The purchase price was an excellent deal and it appeared to be in brand new condition. There were some minor issues that needed to be worked out during the transaction but the communication was immediate and problems resolved quickly. Will purchase again. Highly recommend.

Amazing printer! Never ordered anything this heavy through ebay before, glad i did. frieght was easy to set up. seller is super helpful and printer came with all the toner, drum, devoloper units and with instructions to set it up. Printer is professionally refurbished and like a brand new unit. Great deal and I cant recommend enough!
