FireFly Studios takes its 2002 real-time strategy title and ramps up the intensity several notches in Stronghold: Crusader Extreme. The original game -- itself an expansion of the Eurocentric Stronghold -- was a melding of city-building and medieval warfare set during the Crusades. Players could choose to control either the entrenched Muslims or the invading Christians as they battled for farmland and resources. The "Extreme" version features 20 new missions, a new tactical aid bar, and massive battles where more than 10,000 units battle on screen at the same time. For those unfamiliar with the series, a copy of Stronghold: Crusader is built right in, and it comes with a number of extra features that were previously only available in limited edition releases.

    stronghold Extreme and Risk II

    Only the non extreme portion installed properly, the Extreme version not at all How come? The Risk II game did not install at all = must be an older version, I don.t know

    the most easy and fun to play WAR GAME

    i like it be cause i played original STRONGHOLD game before. you got love the old medieval wars, where you control the tax of your city's economic to keep people happy and same time ear gold, then design you castle and build your army to defend the siege. or you can be the other way around to siege enemies castles. the most fun in this game is that you find a way to build your castle in any way you want, and make your army waiting for those silly enemies come to get shot by your arrow man and get burned by the fire traps. it's enjoyment to watch all your peoples busy around to hunt for food, farming, baking bread, rise cow for cheers, and making alcohol for bar, the other hand, create weapon and stone and train army for war. I beg you to check it out, you won't be disappoint i am for sure.

    The Best Game Ever

    because it can cure my heart by winning the progress... one of the best part is I love and enjoy playing the game is the adventure and can even calm me down for instant. I love the Ancient War, it's a part of my life.. strategical and full of emotion.. even my family love it. Now Im just wondering that I crazyly wanted to play these game and wanting to download it to my Inspiron 1420 Dell. window vista and been upgrade my ram to 4 GB. can I still download it... Can you supply it so that I can enjoy the game to my Laptop... because Im kinda travelling alot. Don't have time to enjoy it at my Desktop... Thanks Best regard, fyna283 Brunei
