Top & bottom were already put together, had to install 10 braces between, 40 phillips screws and self locking 8mm nuts. Then 4 large phillips with 10mm self locking nuts and two washers per screw to secure the aluminum "basket" to the steel receiver hitch, does come with a hitch pin. I am a mechanic & it took about 1 hour start to finish. Was about 15 mins just to unpack, sort, inventory. Has a WARNING sticker on frame not to exceed 60 mph if fully loaded? Rated at 500 lbs. Pd $83 April 2024

Product was as advertised, and easy to assemble. Only negative was FEDEX delivery. They have an inferior tracking system compared to UPS and Amazon. I would not order again if it was shipped via FEDEX.

    Easy to lift

    The included hitch pin wasn't long enough to got through the 2" hitch so had to purchase a longer one elsewhere which added $10. There was a bend in frame that had to be hammered out. I still recommend this because it is so much lighter & easier to use than the steel one
